Along Alabang-Zapote road, I saw a vehicle pulled over by two traffic enforcers. Nothing unusual, except as I passed by I saw one enforcer trying to reach inside the car thru the drivers side window. Now, Im no expert on the law, but as far as I can remember, not even cops are allowed to simply reach inside a private vehicle without just cause, so traffic enforcers are definitely not given that right. Correct? Sir Ronald your thoughts?
