Alpha and Omega-1 Rev.1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Rev.1:8 The Master declares, Im A to Z. Im THE GOD WHO IS, THE GOD WHO WAS, AND THE GOD ABOUT TO ARRIVE. Im the Sovereign-Strong.(MSG) Rev. 22:13 Im A to Z, the First and the Final, Beginning and Conclusion. (MSG) The bible is a wonderful and balanced book. God loves introducing Himself by His names and the revelation behind those names are breathtaking. Today lets look at this one, Alpha and Omega. He calls Himself the Alpha but didnt stop there. He balanced it up by calling Himself the Omega! Meaning He is the beginning and the end. What He starts, He finishes or completes! Those two letters, Alpha and Omega, are, as we know, the first and the last letters of the Greek alphabet. It like saying letter A and letter Z in the English alphabet. Everything you will ever want to say in English is enclosed within the confines of those two alphabets. Outside the letters A to Z, you cannot have any other word! The Alpha and the Omega comprehend all speech; there is no speech possible in any language outside of what comes between those two letters. All that can be said has to come between their compass; outside of their compass nothing can be said! No matter how big or complicated the word you want to form maybe, it will be bounded by the A or Z alphabets, the Alpha and the Omega. You cannot get anything outside of that, all is within that. What does this mean? It means God is all encompassing, no matter how you think 2014 has been. It is contained within God. He knows all about it.
