Alright. Day 10 in the books, Max 30. Today= really friggin rough. Bad sleep, broken sleep, not enough sleep. The moral of today for me is without proper sleep, my performance sucks, big time. Last week I maxed out @6:23, today was 7:29. So I did improve my time but it was a rough one. I had to modify almost the whole workout and about halfway I wanted to stop completely. But I listened to my body and when I did the jumps. it screamed at me....so I gave in lol. I have to say, modify when you need to!! its much better to have proper form and be able to go deeper with your technique than be sloppy and get injured. You cant be on your A game every time. You cant win em all! I managed to get in my 10min abs at the end and heading to bed soon. Good night everyone:-)
