Alright. I am NEVER one to complain, but I have to. This makes my second bad experience at Johnathans. Both times it was me and another girlfriend, sitting at the bar and Basicly getting no service despite there being five or more girls behind the bar. Yet the older couples and guys sitting at the bar were clearly getting plenty of attention. The last time I was there it took me 30 minutes to get my tab for the one glass of wine I bought when nobody ever even came back to take my dinner order and I had to go across the street for dinner at 10:30 on a Saturday night. This time it took us an hour and a half from arriving to actually get our food and everything we needed to eat, and then 10 more minutes to get our tabs. I am a business owner and Im all about customer service in my own establishment, not to mention I was a server and bartender for years and know how hard it can be, so that also means that I am an incredibly generous tipper when Im given good service! As little as I get out its incredibly disappointing to have such a poor experiences at a local restaurant whos food and atmosphere I actually enjoy. I hope this gets back to an appropriate party and some changes are made.
