Alright! This is Kayla Hucks and Is high-protein, naturally low-in saturated fats & cholesterol breakfast bake! The pictures show a double recipe, for both of us, but the recipe itself is for 5 individual servings! 10 eggs / 8 strips turkey bacon / 8 oz bag spinach, chopped / 1diced red bell pepper / 3 tsp coconut oil / .5t parsley / .5t oregano / .5t onion powder / .5t black pepper / .25 t salt / 4 cloves minced garlic 1. Preheat oven to 350, warm pan on stove top to medium heat. Add 1 tsp coconut oil to pan, cook turkey bacon, flipping often to cook all around and get to crispy. Dab any excess grease and set aside. 2. Using 1tsp coconut oil and bacon burnt pieces to cook down spinach. Pull cooked spinach out of pan to remove from the water that has cooked out of it. 3. Scramble the 10 eggs and add all the seasonings. Dice the bacon into crispy bits and throw into the eggs. Add spinach and diced bell pepper into the eggs and stir until fully incorporated. 4. Use remaining tsp of coconut oil to grease 8x8 pan. Put entire egg mixture into pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs do not shake or jiggle on slight shake! 19 grams of protein, only 7 grams of carbs per serving!
