Alright Tomorrow is Parade Day. The float/trailer is ready, and so is my truck. The instructions say to be there by 9 and ready to go by 10. I plan on getting there by 8, so I can do some last minute things to the truck and trailer. Also so I can walk Jack and Belle and try to get rid of what ever they may need to get rid of. I suggest you do the same. The Parade people were very specific that we have to dispose of anything our dogs leave behind. So walk them in the morning. Also please be there by 9 so we can get some pictures of us all together. I have enclosed a picture of the map that they provided that shows the route and where we will be staging. also a copy of the letter from them. We have Bandanas for the dogs. These are the Amarillo bandanas that the Chamber of Commerce gave us for this occasion. They are huge. We have cut them in half so that we can have twice as many plus it will just be one side of two on each dog. Tanya asked what if it rains. Well Im hoping that the rain will get on out of here by today. and hopefully miss us tomorrow. But if you want to bring a light poncho or umbrella that would be fine. If not wearing it you can put in the pick/up. But what is scary is them kiddos petting Wet Dogs. So I hope we miss the rain. Now me and Denise will be walking, Curtis will be driving the truck/trailer. Its a long trailer with a 12 bench down the middle of it. plus there will be 4 open seats inside the truck and a 4 foot bench in the back of it. If you think you would rather ride thats fine there is plenty of room. Im quite pleased with the trailer. I hope you all will be too. Oh ok Ill put in some pics of it too. It even has a tail that wags. Wait till you see the P/U.
