Alright before I spend the money on a new transmission, figured Id get some input Ive never had transmission trouble so I dont know much about them. Backing up one day, I put it in drive and it wouldnt shift up. Driving home I think it maybe shifted twice on the 5 mile trip. Once home I put it in reverse and it begin to vibrate, that has stopped. Going through the gears while parked it will take upwards of 30 seconds or so and then you can feel it shift. Checked the fluid while in neutral and it is showing over way over full. Ive only owned this truck for a month. Wondering if a new transmission is needed or maybe a cheaper solution. Truck is a 1998 auto with roughly 179k miles on all stock parts. Thanks
