Alright everyone, its that time of the year. The leaves are falling, the wind is picking up and snow is on its way. Its right around this time of the year where we fire up the stove and bring out the indoor trainers. In the coming months we have a lot of exciting things going on, but there is one in particular I want to talk about today: The 2015 Mechanics Clinic and Park Tool School! January 12th at 7:00p.m. will mark the start of this truly fun class. Sessions are held from January 12th to the 23rd, from 7:00p.m.-9:00p.m. Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Our goal is to select entrants who wish to learn more about cycling through understanding how things work. More specifically, how to properly maintain and make effective repairs to the bicycle by learning proper bike shop methods through hands on clinics . What better way to do this than with an amazing dinner menu to go along with! Jack himself has made a top notch selection of meals, considering we will be learning around dinner time. Meals include things from Jacks special made Italian pasta dinner with his home made sauce, including nearly every green and spice you can imagine, to fresh baked cookies and terra misu. I dont know about you, but anything chocolate and Im there!
