Alright going to get this one out there before my last session so I dont forget again and wait until right before midnight.. https://youtube/watch?v=TCoywIXVhgo Todays piece addresses poor internal rotation of that shoulder.. because lets be real..do you really wanna walk around with those D-bag shoulders? No I didnt think so.. This is probably the very first piece of mobility I had ever tried.. and it is well before the days when I had any notion of what mobility was... oh and my snatch was 105lbs and I couldnt do double unders either.. Danny Lopez remember introducing this one to me in Trines dungeon gym? Ahhh the good ol days.. Anyway back to the present... Keep that shoulder neutral. Dont mobilize in bad postions!!!.. do some informed freestlying.. hunt around where you find it is tight.. deep breath in and go a little further as you exhale... 3 minutes each side... test retest with those high pulls.. any difference? My guess is yes. Finish off the day with 4 minutes squatting ATG... just like we did day one... If that was too easy message me and we will figure a way to spice it up.. 4PM session now! Stay supple my friends!
