Alright guys, this will be the last time I post this. I will share - TopicsExpress

Alright guys, this will be the last time I post this. I will share why at the end of this post. If youre a fellow bass fishing aficionado, youve most likely deciphered that this fine piece of marine machinery is a 36-volt MotorGuide Digital Tour. It has 109lbs of thrust. I have almost thrown myself overboard several times whilst using it. Things get a little hairy when you kicker to the side too fast. So proceed with caution. It is in outstanding condition. If I were to rate it on some sort of objective, numerical scale, Id probably give it a 10 out of 10. You might decide to rate it a 9.8 or something dumb just to be difficult, but whatever. It was on the boat for two weeks. So feel free to draw your own conclusions. I am asking $900 in American currency OBO. I am located in Georgia. No, not the oft-forgotten country strategically located in the Caucasus mountains bordering the Black Sea. The one next to Alabama. To nip this recurring issue in the proverbial bud, please allow me to answer a few questions at least 36 people have asked me since my original post. No, its not broken. It doesnt matter why Im selling it (the question everyone feels so inclined to ask on each post). Which, by the way, if youll allow me to deviate for a short second-- if something were a big pile of crap and broken, do you think some of these folks would tell you? No way, Josè. Im selling it because Im a red-blooded American who has decided to sell a trolling motor. I dont have evil, ulterior motives. I have a prominent full-time position in the fishing industry, so if you think Im going to rip you off, youre mistaken. Im very easy to find and Ol Walk Daddy needs to pay the bills with said industry occupation, so that would, in fact, be very poor and short-sighted judgement on my behalf. No, I will not take $200.00 for this trolling motor. I may look dumb and ugly, but I know what its worth-- and I am giving you an opportunity to acquire a new trolling motor for an extremely reasonable price. It is currently in the middle of my office floor and if I stub my toe on it one more time, Im going to turn it into a brush pile after getting my big toes amputated. And puh-lease, before you ask, Im not going to tell you my bottom dollar. Its almost insulting someone would ask that. $900. Make a reasonable cash offer and we can talk. I will not trade for 3 half-broken spinning reels, a spool of 6-pound mono and a box of your granddaddys secret fishing lures, either.
