Alright... just gotta do it. For those who care, here are my MLB postseason predictions: Wild Card Games: As beat Royals tonight Giants beat Pirates tomorrow Division Series: Tigers beat Orioles in 4 (sorry Baltimore peeps (most especially Heather and Robert Scott Brady), Im rooting for the Os, but the Tigers have so much pitching and the Os have so little, so Im highly doubtful the Os will make it.) As beat Angels in 5. I know the As have struggled bigtime, but again... pitching. Lester, Samardzjia, Gray, Kaz- vs Weaver. And too many injuries for LA. If they had Richards or Hamilton healthy, Im taking them. Dodgers beat Cardinals in 5. Gonna be a great series, but the Dodgers finally get the monkey off their back and beat St. Louis. And they have Puig. Nationals beat Giants in 4. Washington is just the hotter team right now. (sorry Jonathan) :P Championship Series: Tigers beat As in 6. If it does come down to this, this could be the most grueling ALCS in years. Every pitching matchup would be ace v ace. If youre a fan of pitching (like me), you anticipate series like this. Dodgers beat Nats in 5. Washington finally runs out of gas due to lack of depth and too much offense from LA. Call me a believer in star power but... ok. Im a believer in star power. Go Puig. World Series: Dodgers over Tigers in 7. Kershaw throws 3 times, wins every start, someone else wins one more in there (probably Greinke) and Vin Scully is happy. Which makes everyone happy... including Adrian Gonzalez. Talk about hard to please. And all the Red Sox rejects win the year after the rejectors do. And did I mention Puig? Dont forget Puig.
