Alright ladies and gents, whose ready for some pole tonight?! Im so excited!!! Remember, meet us at 7pm sharp at the University metro station, then well make our way to Newcastle and get to Cherry Dances studio. Remember: no rings, they damage the poles. Dont use hand cream or anything like that as youll slip right off the pole! Also, no shoes in the studio, please. For your first lesson you can just wear a gym kit or some leggings that you can roll up to expose your ankles. Remember this session is free. If you have a travel card your metro journey is obviously free, but if not your metro ticket will be refunded by the sports office. Cant wait to see you all!
