Alright, so I have been a long time skeptic of any and all quick loss/ or gain diets, magic muscle supplements, month long challenges blah blah blah... Ive always lead forward with there is no substitute for hard work, heavy lifting, and eating lots of high quality food... with the occasional dozen KrispyKreme before squat day ;) And such is still my stance. However, I have heard and seen nothing short of Amazing things about Advocare! Top level CrossFit competitors, the entire team of my beloved Georgia Bulldogs, even the coaching staff, NFL, Olympic weightlifting, US Olympic swim team, AND closer to home, the people who took me under their wing 4 years ago and taught me most everything I know about functional training are now on it and have urged me to do the same. BOTTOM LINE: I will be starting the Advocare 24 Day challenge this September. This is an invitation to join if you so wish. Up front, this is NOT through the gym, it is NOT required, it IS a bit co$tly, but if you are interested in giving it what I believe will be a well worth it shot, let me know by Sept 3. youtu.be/tb866nhDQZA
