Alright, so Ive been feeling a little down recently about my place in the world of feminism. Not because I dont agree with what Ive always stood for, but because Ive started to doubt whether I can think to be a part of a cause which is broader than my own experiences. Also, due to intellectual debates about the word feminism and the movement in general. Watching this video has reaffirmed by belief that feminism is for everyone, that means doesnt mean #yesallwomen or #yesallmen, it means #yesallpeople. Equality doesnt have to be about an intellectual debate. It can be as simple as recognising that there is a problem in the world which pretty much all of us suffer due to, and because of that, everyone can be a part of the movement which stops it... feminism.
