Alright, weve had some issues we had to deal with the past few months and the salsa factory had to be put up on the shelf. However, things are looking a little better and starting this next weekend we should be starting it back up again with a couple small changes. Once the smaller $3 jars are used up well be primarily making the larger $5 quart jars. Also, the mild variety is being discontinued due to its vastly unpopular compared to the hot variety.
