Alrighty folks. Thought youd all like to know that the e-mail has been sent to the venue to request the number of vendor tables that can be put in the vendor room (this is for both artist and dealers alike), as well as the number of available tables for the lobby which is where other conventions, photographers, geeky organizations, and whomever or whatever may do self promotion at tables. The moment the numbers are known to us, youll be informed! Well actually have a slightly different style for the sign ups this time (though the forms are the same, just for a different year). There will be a list with the total number of available tables. The people who get their forms/payments and are actually approved 1st will have their names put on the list next to a # of tables. Youll see when the time comes. Its actually much simpler for you all and youll be able to more easily see if youve been approved or not. Ok, long update over for now.
