Alrighty, here are 8 things you may or may not know about me. 1. I am an avid reader, my favorite book is The Faith Of The Fallen by Terry Goodkind. The whole Sword of Truth series is astonishing and admirable. But I find that this particular novel has always held a special place in my dopamine receptors. 2. My family are the descendants of kings. Even though we were exiled and forced to change our name to Albrecht (which translates roughly into always broken). 3. I have been known to be a bit of a practical joker. My favorite trick I have ever pulled was convincing Kimmie Albrecht that I was going to wear a mismatched set of my old navel uniforms to our wedding. She was pleasantly surprised to see me in that debonair suit, to say the least. 4. I am the shortest male in my family. Even though I am 6 feet tall, Im still 3 inches shorter than my little brother. Because hes a jerk face. 5. I am strange when it comes to music. I have been told that I am a random radio. I especially enjoy sappy love songs from about the 60s on. I can and will sing whichever song happens to be in my head at any given time. Most often whether appropriate or not, usually to the dismay of my beautiful wife. We have found that I do ,however, have a mute button on the back of my head. :). My favorite song has been the same since I first heard it on the M.T.V., Wasteland by 10 years, in 2005. 6. I used to be baptist, until I sat down and read the bible from cover to cover when I was twelve. Now I am an atheist, and enjoy debating and listening to people from all aspects and factions of life, not just religion, but anything and everything. Im not happy unless I am learning something or teaching somebody something new. I especially enjoy taking the side of a discussion that I do not aggree with. A new perspective is always worth divulging a bit of time to. You dont have to change your mind to learn about something. Just by having an open mind to new knowledge, can make a remarkable difference in understanding someone you wouldnt have otherwise. 7. Ever since I was young I wanted to be a Hospital Corpsman with the marines. I had planned on spending my life saving lives, and seeing the world. That dream was cut short when I was discharged for having insomnia and low blood sugar. Now I make brakes in a factory. Not my dream job, however I enjoy my job, which in this day and age is a strange occurrence. :) 8. I like brussel sprouts.
