Also an important note regarding the article in the Bendigo Advertiser. They keep saying staff will transfer with their current wages and conditions. They only transfer with this for the duration of their current EBA. The Transfers will occur between March to June 2016 and the EBA ends on 30 November 2016. Staff have no security of tenure or agreement safeguarding their wages and conditions past this point. The Government refuses to provide any commitment past November 2016 for transferring staff. As we have continually stated, we have no certainty until these issues are addressed. The appointment of a provider is neither here nor there and does not provide certainty.
