Alta Cocina 14 is a wrap! Time for shout-outs: To my Devo Dream Teammates Rosemary, Yvonne , Shannon, Tania, Ozie and Kim - who wrecked shop and shined in all you do! We did it and did it more than well. To all of the people that came and gave us reiki, massages, and yoga for Puerto Ricans (Loreal) - you kept us sane and grounded. To my friends who donated items for our auction - we made dollas!! To all of the Volunteers, especially Yolanda , Jorge, Jessi, Ramon and Karla (if Im friends with you and didnt give you a shout out, I celebrate you too - mamas tired). Plus all the 26 staff and participants that took part in the video. To Anthony and Jazmin Corona for their artistic eye in capturing the evening. And to Mikey, Brian, Tony and all of the chefs for their artistry at the bar and the tasting stations. To my family who helped in taking extra shifts - gracias Tata Samuel, Tio David, and Mama Carmen. And of course to Ramon, who held the fort during my 12-14 hours a day, plus weekends stretches. ¡GRACIAS! Im officially going to bed now!
