Although Don Hudson is entitled to his own opinion I just want to briefly clarify what it means to be housewife! A actual 1950s housewife took care of her home, husband, children & any other domestic duties that needed to be done! In return her husband WAS THE FULL provider! He worked paid the bills & was responsible for every financial situation dealing with his family! We are in 2014 & women are not about to play housewife & be domestic AND WORK! How can a man want a woman to work 40hrs a week handle all the domestic matters of the home AND STILL PAY HALF THE BILls? How about I work 40hrs a week pay my own damn bills & u can come over time to time! I hope this enlightened you silly men on what really happens in a traditional housewife situation! Cook your own damn sand which & Ill go eat at Ruth Chris! Get it? Got it? GOOD! Done boiled my blood! Want me to work just as much as u but I need to come home & play housewife too! Hell naw we splitting the bills WE SPLITTING THE DOMESTICS! Want me to act right accordingly you better ask for what you are prepared to give!
