Although I have a reputation as a heartless bastard to uphold, this email really touched the Grinch-like withered husk of a heart in my chest: You wont remember me but, many years ago, you did a thing on Twitter to win a copy of Mercury Falls. I, due to time difference, missed the deadline but you still, very kindly, asked your, no doubt lovely, wife to send me one here to ______ all the same. We were having a really bad time financially and had had to move my, then teenage, son away from all his friends etc and had no treats of any kind so it was very gratefully received by him. So, thank you again for that. :)
