Although I have always been refraining to write about malicies of icsi ... It is really disheartening to see young learned corporate law professionals called by the name company secretaries painting a very dismal ... Dark days ahead ... Nothing can save us or ICSI ... Kind of posts ... As if everything depended upon certain pseudo legal protections .... Sorry boss, I dont accede to such views ... A plethora of laws applies to a running business ... If not us who else can ensure compliances and thus keeps intact the interest of all.the stakeholders particularly of GOI .... And if something wrong will happen due to recently notified rules under ca13, the obvious targets are small investors, good corporate governance which India has all along uttered like a rhetoric to attract fdi goes for a toss, vanishing public & banks money, flood of corporate frauds, increased black money & money laundering activities, price rise, inflation etc. A HUMBLE REQUEST TO GOI KINDLY SAVE THE NATION, WE CAN EARN OUR BREAD & BUTTER .. ONLY IF CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT REMAINS CONDUCIVE FOR ETHICAL BUSINESS AND GROWTH !
