Although I wasnt doing crossfit, I continued running and working out my whole pregnancy. It made me feel good and I believed it helped me get back into shape quickly after my daughter was born. If you continue your workout throughout and listen to your body it can help keep you and the baby healthy. The day I went into labor I had to chase my Rottweiler after he had gotten out and if I hadnt been running the whole time I couldve hurt myself and lost my dog. I didnt listen to people telling me it wasnt healthy or I would hurt myself, I asked my doctor and did my own research.
