Although he was not perfect as all men, for the bible says"for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God". He devoted his life for the good of this our nation.He was selfless, dedicated and had the fear of God in him.He was revered by many as the "Asomdwee hene". As we celebrate his birthday today let us reflect on his humility and ask God to unite our dear country and grant us peace. Let us also ask for God,s forgiveness for all the wrongs we have committed against each other, so that the peace of God will reign upon us.
