Although it has been alleged by authorities that the incident at Serendra condo is due to gas leaks, I am still doubtful as to such a claim. Having seen "mythbusters" in a cable channel where they tried to test whether the blast that destroyed the house created by Jason Bourne (in the movie " Jason Bourne" ) through a gas leaked and a fire to be created through a magazine in toaster holds true or not- well dear friends the answer is false and they even made the experiment in a room not as concrete as a condo unit. A gas leak once ignited will only create a fire that would have burn and gradually destroyed the wooden door... WELL IF AYALA LAND INC. WANTS TO BE FREE FROM ITS LEGAL LIABILITY FOR HAVING POORLY BUILT A CONDO UNIT THAT WOULD BE DESTROYED BY A GAS LEAKED- THEIR LAWYER WILL HAVE TO KNOW SCIENCE AND MUST SEE MYTHBUSTERS EXPERIMENT ON THE MATTER- THE SAME GOES TO EVERYONE TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT OPINION ON THE MATTER BASED ON SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENTS. THE CAUSE HAD TO BE WELL ASCERTAIN BY THE AUTHORITIES FOR IF THE REAL CAUSE IS A BOMB THEN WE ALL MUST BE WARY OF OUR SECURITY IN OUR COUNTRY. LET US ALL BE CAUTIOUS SINCE ALL OF OUR SECURITY IS AT STAKE--- MAY WE NOT FORGET THE TERROR RIZAL DAY BOMBING.
