Although it is late, I want to congratulate my family on a few events this past week. Last Saturday there was a 5K run and Amy decided that since she had begun exercising she wanted to try. I am so proud of her as she was able to complete her first 5K and won 2nd place for her age division. She was also able to beat the goal she set for herself of 30 minutes. Next, Austin went to a UIL completion on that same day and he and his partner won 2nd place in their category. Finslly, yesterday, Alexis had a choir performance at the mall and sang wonderfully. Way to go family.
