Although some people agreed with me, a few people thought I was crazy for wanting to fire Whisenhunt after 1 season. Still debatable if we do, probably wont because of our lousy ownership. But heres the evidence I present to you. 7 out of 12 games weve been blown out in. Thats more blowout losses than Oakland, Jets, Jacksonville or Tampa. And in the 3 games that werent blowout losses, well 1 was a loss to the crappy Redskins and the other was the worst home choke job in NFL history. The game plans and preparation isnt working. Yes there are injuries and yes there is a lack of talent but but this team is just dead out there. Who gives up 6 TD passes to Ryan Fitzpatrick? Only us apparently because hes never done it before and he was the Texans backup! Forget this, Well he deserves 2 years at least crap. Ask yourself, what has he done to get you excited about having him for a 2nd year? The other complaint I hear is we dont wanna turn into a team who keeps going through coaches. I agree but when you have a bad coach you must get rid of him. Keeping a coach for the sake of not firing him for consistency purposes makes no sense but its what the Titans do, make moves years too late. But the key is actually picking the right coach so you dont have to keep going through them. We clearly dont have the right coach and at the same time we dont have the right GM. Change starts from the top and its time. No more waiting around as usual.
