Although this lawsuit may be entirely justifiable. - Did Japan sue U.S. for the devastating radiation effects secondary to the atomic bombs dropped in WWII? Have Iraqi victims of the U.S. invasion with ongoing radiation effects with the massive numbers of deformed babies sued the U.S? Have the countries of the Middle East who have been ravaged by U.S. intervention been suing for damages? What of the countries of IndoChina for the massive ongoing effects of U.S. chemical warfare? U.S. has managed to make itself immune to international law. The fault always lies elsewhere. In 2013 Obama hypocritically accused Syria of chemical warfare, while carefully couching his words to exclude reference to Israel or U.S. When is our world going to wake up to the disaster to which we all are moving and reverse such trends? With our own countrys suppression of Science, widespread denial of climate change and the Wests knee jerk response to any international issue with aggression- doesnt seem likely. We are now seeing a similar hypocritical response to the crisis in Crimea, while the U.S. has invaded and dominated countless countries throughout the globe during the last 70 years.
