Although we still disagree on the formation of government with motsoeneng, he says 60+1 seats and I say simple majority(One need 60+1 to ensure stable government)..........We agreed on two important items: 1. Separation of powers between parliament and the executive(cabinet), cabinet members should not be part of the parliament including the prime minister 2. 100% proportional representation and do away with constituency representations with each seat allocated on the performance at constituency level not because one is in good books of the party leaders. IEC to allocated seats to deserving candidates. This could help the parliament to hold the executive accountable without fear of being victimised by the cabinet........ We believe the constitution should be changed to accommodate this.......... Your views
