Aluminium, coconut and the brain. The other day I wanted to make a curry and needed tinned coconut milk. I must have gone to every supermarket and independent store in town and the only offering was coconut milk with a lot of horrible added extras. I just wanted pure coconut milk! One of them had a load of preservatives. We sell the only quality one I could find - the Biona organic coconut milk. Sainsbury only now sell their own brand and its not good! Because of the concern over aluminium I called Biona and their tins are coated inside so that the aluminium is not in contact with the contents. My dad gave a talk in the shop last week on preserving memory. The response was so positive and encouraging. People came with their own personal concerns, about their own health and that of their parents.
