Always Human is about a year and a half old, has a catalog of 20 tapes, several VHS releases and a few specialty releases. I am a very firm believer that any success that the label has had or will have is due to the artists and people who have supported all that has been done so far. I want to say a big thank you to every artist, music enthusiast, noise monger, ambient lover, gear aficionado, and the many many more who have listened to the releases on Always Human. Over the past year I have met so many great artists and musicians, many have released music on Always Human or helped with the artwork. One of them was Peter Lansky. Peter and I first met at a release show for Heckadecimal’s 94E & 94W tape. I later found his music on SoundCloud and immediately emailed him. Since then, Peter has played numerous Always Human shows, produced an amazing tape, started a new weekly party (REAL FUN), and has been DJing his face off. I am very very excited to announce after a few chats, emails, and beers that Peter is joining me in running Always Human! Peter is an absolutely amazing musician/DJ/producer, but most of all Peter is a great person. Peter, thank you and I can’t wait for what happens next!
