Always remember quality over quantity!!!! We all want DTs to sign on with us BUT i have learned to N0T just sign anyone! If u have to basically C0NVINCE someone that they CAN do this business then I promise u they wont work or they will just give up & quit when the first bump in the road happens! You dont want these type on Y0UR team! Its just a headache for Y0U! If someone doesnt seem self motivated or right for the business then maybe recommend they become a loyal customer & be a user of our amazzing products instead :) I had to learn to stop saying i NEED dts and think who needs this business,who can i help,who is struggling financially? This has helped my business to grow! I now have AWES0ME people on my team that are working hard that WANT this! They reach out to me asking me what more can they do for their business! This shows me they WANT this! ITW0RKS was the BEST decision ive ever made for me & my KIDS! My kids will NEVER have to struggle in life!!!!! I want my entire team at the T0P with me! So just keep this in mind when building ur business! We have something AMAZING in our hands & this business pays us crazy $$$$$$$$$$ when we work it! #lezGo :)
