Always say a personal social media thank you to your newest best friend. You have done all the hard work. You have posted lots of interesting engaging stuff and people are starting to like, share and follow your social media efforts. When you get a like or follow consider saying thank you. When you send a thank you message you also have the opportunity to provide a little bit more information about yourself. Be creative with this opportunity. Think about how you can take the next step with engaging your "newest best friend". Is this an opportunity to provide a video where you can do some show and tell about what you do? Or can you provide a link to where you can offer to do something special. What I have found when sending thank you messages, is that it is important to always try and make it as personal as possible.
