Am I the only one who finds the latest Thom Tillis ad pretty damned racist? What I object to specifically is the closing line Elect me, and Ill stand-up to the president! Whats racist about that? He doesnt mention an issue that he disagrees with the president about. He doesnt mention a willingness to work with people of the other party...and there will always be another party. Nope, its the general right-wing, racist Ill STAND-UP TO THE PRESIDENT. Along with the bullshit were going to take our country back (as if people who disagree with you have somehow stolen what is rightfully yours, simply because they have different views), its talk that Im pretty damned fed-up with. Time for another demonstration of whos the majority, and whos the 47 percent. By the way, 47 percent is almost exactly, to the vote, Mitt Romneys popular vote tally. Who says God doesnt have a sense of humor!
