Am watching the main news here on ZNBC TV and one thing I have noticed is that the news is dominated by developmental projects being carried/ carried out by the Government. However One Disturbing thing I have noticed is that all those projects are concertrated in three province ie Luapula, northen and muchinga. The question is, Are the other provinces already developed or maybe they dont require developing?
