Am yet to understand how Ngige supporters caused the stampede as the APGA propaganda machineries wants me believe. For the purpose of this post let me accept that they were Ngige supporters amongst the adoration faithfulls. For a fact,we are all aready aware that the stampede started at the end of the adoration when worshippers were leaving the ground. Was it that the Ngige supporters blocked all the exit points and started scarrying,chasing or beating the worshippers without any reasons whatsoever? It certainly does not add up. For sure no one is quite certain of what happened including witnesses as some claim,the cause to be a phantom fire. some,real fire from the woman frying plaintain nearby. It would certainly take time for the truth to out. It is rather strange that a governor whose media aide reported earlier that the Adoration was a sucess and it took few minutes to calm the joy and excitements of the congregation on seeing the governor to turn around now and accuse another Party and person for planting the unruly members of the congression that disturbed him during the adoration whilst still accusing them of preplaning and causing the stampede and then going ahead to setup a panel of inquiry to search out the culprit. Why set up a panel of inquiry when you have already found the cause? Will the work of the inquiry team not now now have a predetermined end?
