Amazing: 1) These type of arrests for nothing; 2) The excessive use of force; 3) The use of non-uniformed officers; 4) The ignoring by the police officers of the mans cry that he could not breathe. EACH AND EVERYONE of these officers should be disciplined not just one!!! Is this an issue of unequal treatment? Yes but there are several other issues here as well. I known a friend (mind you a White mid-aged gentleman) who was a diabetic who almost died because the police here in Albany ignored his cries for help when he went into a shock while being interrogated. How can anyone do this? He has since then past away from his illness long after the incident. RIP Igor Yankulin! RIP Eric Garner!
