Amazing... Dr Isuwa Dogo said that the media have failed for not investigating and bringing to the public knowledge those that were awarded refineries licenses 5 to 10 years ago without action. By the way his party awarded the licenses to their cronies who happen to be untouchables, the party control the government arms that will monitor, sanction and revoke these license and give to move proactive people to fulfill purpose. What an unfortunate set of people ruling us.
