Amazing night at Pardes!!! Top left is lamb tartar with black chickpea falafel, bottom left is super rich marrow on toast, top right is crunchy chicken skin with potato salad (one of my faves of the night), middle right is salmon with salmon bacon and lots of other fun stuff, and the bottom right is lemon curd with meringue and shortbread. I am so full!!! We got a few other things, like sweetbread gratin and hot chocolate. All amazing!
