I try to avoid going to the ER unless Im in serious condition.....last time I went I ended up getting admitted and having emergency surgery...I had an abscess in my underarm that was 10cm..roughly the size of a tennis ball...the reason for the admit was because I was very close to sepsis....so lots and lots of IV antibiotics, fluids and more antibiotics......turns out it was a MRSA infection....it was hard to get rid of..but I got better..unfortunately the most effective antibiotic used to eliminate it, Im deathly allergic to....Vancomycin.......
