Amen to this post! Really really hits home. Was having a discussion with someone about this the other night, and was saddened at how they seemed to believe that loving on one in the LGBT community, meant throwing scriptures at them that promised nothing but damnation for their sins. Theres NOWHERE in the Bible where Jesus says to hate on others; He says to love them, and here many of us are bullying and hurting those whom we view as an abomination in the name of Jesus Christ. I dont believe Jesus would be saying well done to any of these actions, and Im sure it pains His heart to see His creation treated this way. He loves them just as much as He does any of us, so why cant we do the same?
