America is getting dumber by the day! My husband just called a well known junk yard here because someone told him they had 2 trucks like the one my son is restoring (1985) model diesel without computers. The man told my husband, yes, I have them but they are cut into and on their way to Egypt! My husband said, so you wont sell me this small part under the hood? The guy said, No, I got 400 of these trucks that they are paying top dollar for! Well, my husband had a look of disgust on his face to say the least. He said they are sending these older vehicles to Egypt that dont require a computer to operate them but why? I said, sounds like they are going to be able to drive around if something ever breaks out in this country/world that you need a vehicle to get somewhere that dont require a computer to run it and us Americans are going to be the laughing stock of the idiots we have become!!! Just makes me sick what this country has become! I guess it is all about the money! Anyway, my husband came up with another solution to make the part but that is totally insane what this junk yard is doing!!!
