American Sniper and Selma. There are so many topics I want to touch on with these 2 films being released basically at the same time. while on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB Selma is rated higher than American Sniper received no Oscar nods. American Sniper follows the story of as in the title an American Sniper. while Selma is as what the previews show. A fight for equality for a group of people. Interesting enough ( maybe title helping) American Sniper is being accepted as an American hero and Selma isnt having that same effect while Im looking at this from a Film stand point didnt these 2 men fight for the same cause...
