American air is the worst HVAC company there is we have now been without AC since last Monday. Anytime we call they do not act like it is much of an emergency although it is over 82 degrees in my house. Had to order a part they said. Since our house is a new build it is under warranty so Im going to go on a limb and say someone paying $$ is just getting put at higher priority than us. My wife called Friday and was literally told sorry we have people in an emergency situation they do not have ac. She said umm neither do we. That being said Dominion Homes needs to shred that contact and get someone to service all these new build that actually cares. I have dogs in my house and they are more miserable than me
