Americans should stand up. They should call every #police department in America and inform them that if any officer attempt to assault them, they will respond with deadly force. And some folks need to stop being so utterly stupid. None of us are talking about cop using appropriate (for lack of a better term) force when dealing with violent suspects. Let us also remember that stopping a person, assaulting them, putting them in a metal restraints, and locking them in a cage is indeed an assault in the highest degree. There usually is no reason for it. Unless a person is involved in either a violent crime or a non-petty property crime, in all cases they should be issued a summons for court. If they do not show up in court, then a warrant can be issued and the police can bring the person with all NECESSARY force. In the case of the man killed last week by NYPD, when the man told the cops Dont touch me!, the officer should have stepped back, allow the man go gain his cool and calmly and respectfully asked them man to put his hands behind his back and turn around and allow the man to be cuffed. If they determined the mans size and demeanor was threatening, they should have called in enough men to take him to the ground in a safe manner. Cops act like the thugs, they act is no one should have any rights at all in police encounters. Call it bad training, if you must, but this shit is real. I post it everyday because it happens every day. And how many more incidents happen when no camera is on?
