Americas nuclear power review and scrutiny, the most extensive in generations (AP)-Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Welsh, center, speaks with Rep. Ron Barber, D-Ariz., right, as he and Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James, left, arrive on Capitol Hill in Washington, Friday, March 14, 2014, to testify before the House Armed Services Committee on the fiscal 2015 budget request.
