Amid my sometimes chaotic mommy/wife and business life, I totally missed the ball on celebrating National Black Dog Day last week - Oct. 1. It is sad to say that black animals, specifically dogs, are the least adoptable pets because of an unwarranted stigma based on their color. Marnie, our beautiful black fur baby, is the sweetest, most loyal, patient and loving dog I could have ever hoped for. She stays awake with me during all-night edit sessions and will not go to bed until I do no matter what time it is. We are so lucky to have her and I cannot fathom life without our precious love pig (she loves to kiss + cuddle LOL). We love you my Marnie
