Amidst the lingering impasse between the FG, ASUU and the Nigerian public in resolving the issues around an apparently ill-thought contract - due to the bogus demands therein, but a contract nonetheless and as such, remain a binding legal document and have since armed the lecturers body to hold hostage, and indeed, harm a nations academic existence, it is time we examined the rot beneath the crust of this matter, which is: Who were the government reps on the panel that met and agreed to such ludicrous terms with ASUU? 1/2
