Amr Rabie, an engineering student in the University of Cairo. Amr Rabie, helps to draw a smile on many of orphanages’ faces as a volunteer in orphanage houses. Amr Rabie, is one of the main people helping Syrian refugees in Egypt. Amr Rabie, sleeps on the bus to save time from going home to get some rest because he does not want to delay collecting or sending money for the poor and those in need. I could go on and on listing the things his friends say about him from his work for Africa, Afghanistan, Burma, Iraq, Palestine, etc… Amr is the person you log in to FB and hope he would have written something new so you could learn from his inspiring words. I don’t know Amr in person but seeing his name on my timeline has always taught me something new and inspired me to be a better person. Amr Rabie has now been missing for 6 days and is believed to have been kidnapped by the Egyptian State police or Special Forces as seen by witnesses near a metro station in Cairo. Egyptian police is known to kidnap people opposing the regime and torture them by extreme use of force and electricity to force them to commit to crimes they have not committed. Amr’s family and friends don’t know anything about him now. No one from the government wants to tell them which police station or prison he is in. No one wants to tell them if he is injured or God forbid if he died from torture!! All I would like you to do is just say a heartfelt prayer to Amr that he would be safe and return to his family and friends soon and share this so we could get his story to as many people as possible.
