Amys Kitchen Sink Smoothie Kathleen Ford named this! Are you guys playing around with creating your own amazing smoothies? I make one throwing in whatever sounded good to me. I used these ingredients: Coconut milk (plain & vanilla flavored), coconut water, tahini, spirulina, maca, camu camu, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger powder, 5 or 6 basil leaves, dash of sea salt, 2 dates, hemp hearts, chia seeds...I think thats everything. OMG the best tasting smoothie Ive ever made! Talk about nutrient dense! EXPERIMENTATION is FUN!
